ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS

Your registration fee includes accommodation and meals (from Thursday dinner to Sunday lunch) in the Bella Italia Village.

There are two accommodation options:

Double room (2 people)
Multiple room (3-5 people)

You should fly to Venice airport

TRANSPORT TO/FROM AIRPORT

A shuttle service will be available for a fee (10 euros per trip) from and to the Venice airport. Shuttle buses from/to other airports will depend on the number of people requesting it.

The shuttle bus schedule will be set closer to the event, once participants have informed of their arrival times.

In order to request the shuttle bus, you will need to fill in the form that will be available on this page later on.

PARKING

It is possible to park in the Bella Italia Village. A badge will be given to participants who request parking space.
