Day 21 · Let's pray for persecuted Christians

🔒🤐Depending on where you live, it is very difficult to live out your Christian faith. According to Christianity Today, every day, 8 Christians worldwide are killed because of their faith. Every week, 182 churches or Christian buildings are attacked. And every month, 309 Christians are imprisoned unjustly.

🤓Bible text of the day: 1 Corinthians 12:26-27

📖Read the Bible text of the day,

If one part suffers, all the parts suffer with it, and if one part is honored, all the parts are glad. All of you together are Christ’s body, and each of you is a part of it. (1 Corinthians 12:26-27, NLT)

and write down in your journal:

💡What is God telling you through this passage/verse?

🔧How can you apply it in your life?

🙏🏼What is your prayer? (See prayer prompts below.)

👉🏽During our prayer time, let’s focus our attention on asking for persecuted Christians:

✅Pray for protection of your persecuted brothers and sisters In Christ. There are more than 250 Christians who die every month because of their faith.

✅Pray for strength to endure the trials they face and that the churches in those countries would remain bold.

✅Pray for an extra cover of protection over Christian women who endure double persecution for their faith and gender.
