Due to COVID-19, we have decided to turn the AMiCUS Congress into an online event.

That means the registration process will change. We are currently working with the planning team to come up with a new proposal for the event. Once that is clear, we will be able to update this page with the necessary steps to register for the online event.

Each participant must register with their conference or union youth or AMiCUS director.

​

Please note that due to the limited spaces, this event is only addressed to European participants. So it is only possible to participate if you live in a European country.

PRICE

EUD participants

The Inter-European Division (EUD) helps us make the price even lower for all EUD participants by sponsoring part of the expenses. This is why the price for EUD participants is as follows:

• Option A: 120 euros* (accommodation in multiple room of 3 to 5 people)

• Option B: 175 euros* (accommodation in double room)

*The price is all-inclusive, and includes congress fee, accommodation and meals. No day tickets are available.

TED participants

The regular price for Trans-European Division (TED) and therefore non-EUD participants is as follows:

• Option A: 150 euros* (accommodation in multiple room of 3 to 5 people)

• Option B: 205 euros* (accommodation in double room)

*The price is all-inclusive, and includes congress fee, accommodation and meals. No day tickets are available.

​

Children ages 0 to 3 can attend for free, and children ages 5 to 11 pay 50% of the price.

REGISTER BY COUNTRY

Fill in the registration form (this one for EUD countries and this one for TED countries) and send it to your union or conference youth or AMiCUS director. Please check with your country first in case they have established an online registration platform.

Information for each country will be posted as it becomes available. Note that some countries may take a bit longer to open registration.

Registration is set to open on 24 January, 2020.

​

The registration deadline is 31 July, 2020 (but please note places are limited, so the sooner you register, the better!)
