Day 1 · Let's pray for our loved ones
Updated: Aug 16, 2021
We start our journey of prayer together by praying for our loved ones.
We all have people around us we care about. We laugh together. We cry together. We count on each other. We are there for each other. We love each other.
📖Read the Bible text of the day,
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. (1 Corinthians 13:4-7, NIV)
and write down in your journal:
💡What is God telling you through this passage/verse?
🔧How can you apply it in your life?
🙏🏼What is your prayer? (See prayer prompts below.)
👉🏽During our prayer time, let’s focus our attention on asking God for our loved ones:
✅Pray for love and peace to grow in your home and in the lives of your loved ones.
✅Pray for a specific need of a loved one.
✅Pray that God reveals Himself in the life of your loved ones, that they may feel His love, peace and mercy as a reality in their lives.
